hfx_chris
Metro Transit bus operators, ferry crews and maintenence workers have been in a legal strike position as of 2:30pm AST today. The union, ATU local 508, says unless a deal is reached with the Halifax Regional Municipality over the weekend, they'll go on strike Monday morning. http://www.hfxnews.ca/index.cfm?sid=66114&sc=89 http://www.halifax.ca/mediaroom/pressrelea...8at350p.m..html Looks like I'll be getting some exercise Monday.. hfx_chris
Not in the least. Streets are narrow, lanes are narrow, and bike lanes are sporadicly placed in awkward locations. There isn't a single stretch of continuous bike lane anywhere in the city.
