Michael Marriott
All stops at Commercial-Broadway have been assigned bay numbers. The EB 9 stop is Bay 1, and the other stops are numbered clockwise from that. This WB 9/99 stops, which were previously the only stops assigned Bay numbers, have been renumbered feom their previous Bay 1 and 2 designsnations. Or can they do a similarly-modded version of the new model?

Ours are black though instead of silver.

Express691
https://buzzer.translink.ca/2020/08/translink-implementing-mandatory-face-covering-policy/ TransLink implementing mandatory face covering policy Quote Beginning Monday, August 24, TransLink will require customers to wear non-medical masks or face coverings while on board transit vehicles. This step is essential to ensuring customers have confidence riding transit as British Columbia’s economy continues to reopen and more people commute around the region. “Physical distancing is not always going to be possible on transit, particularly once more riders return to the system,” says TransLink CEO Kevin Desmond. “Customer confidence is key to rebuilding ridership in the context of this pandemic and we believe this step is important to bring many of our riders back. We’ve listened to transit users who want to see face coverings made mandatory on transit vehicles.” Customers who are unable to wear face coverings due to an underlying medical condition or disability will be exempt from this policy and won’t be asked to wear a mask or face covering. These customers will have the option to request a TransLink branded card which notes they are exempt from wearing a face covering. The cards will be made available at Compass Customer Service Centres at Stadium-Chinatown and Waterfront Stations.

Express691
Counted 5 or 6 2xx series sets doing Expo Line work today, this may be due to the work going on at waterfront station. All the mk1s I saw today were 4-car sets as well (and theres at least 3)
MCW Metrobus
On Friday morning I spotted ex-Edmonton Transit #43, an Eldorado Passport, on Highway 1 near 200th Street in Langley. Also, was it mentioned that someone at one point saw a cutaway vehicle painted up in King County Metro colours? Because I think I saw it in the Newton area today, but I was too far away to get a good look...

Matt Dunlop
Not sure where to post this. Do any buses in Vancouver have the proper driver door (that swings out and locks)? Has TransLink retrofitted all the air conditioned buses with shields?

Trolleys & 2018 Novas and yes, they expedited the retrofitting when the pandemic started.

The C40LFRs, D40LFRs, D60LFRs and D60LFRs only have shower curtains.

8010
Bus bulbs are currently being implemented along Robson Street, I've seen at least two completed so far. They're probably temporary judging by the fact that the platforms are made of wood and the temporary parklets along Robson.
