So far 66804 69809 have been retired. 67404 definitely is sitting in deadmans row and I think 67004 could be sitting in the deadmans row as well. Next ones to go are 69909 and 60109. I got to drive 2201 last night in that shit snow storm and that one handled it like a champ and then again this afternoon.

But yous seem to be the first to recieve new buses for this year unless they were built November December 2021.

If they were Nov Dec 2021 I'm guessing they would be numbered 2104-2109. 4 hours ago, NSX said: That looks nice! They're the same as all the other novas lol. Only difference is these 2101-2103 and 2201-2206 have Allison Transmissions and Recaro Seats stock from the factory. 1501-2002 had USSC seats and the company changed them to Recaros but still have the terrible ZF transmissions in them lol. Please don't put unconfirmed or your own personal speculation on the Wiki; just because you haven't seen a bus out in a couple months doesn't mean it's retired. That being said... at the start of this year, Barrie had 6 D40LFs still in service, and they have since put 6 Nova LFS buses into service, so in all likelihood, it's been replaced. However, it doesn't mean that 67004 is definitely retired, and they could be saving it as a backup/spare bus for something. It's always best to wait for some proper confirmation on its status; such as an official fleet roster, or (as is increasingly common nowadays) an appearance on an auction website. 1

I meant to revert it earlier but I got caught up in something. I wasn't sure neither as the rest of those LFs were up for auction except for 67004 and all haven't been out since February. Confirmed with a transit operator that all 2004 and 2009 D40LF buses are indeed retired when 2201 to 2206 arrived. Trading for a one on one basis. Fare boxes and other internals were removed from the retired units. Only the 2004 D40LF buses went through refurbishment to extend their lifecycle to 18 years instead of the normal 12 to 13 years with a 40 ft bus. The 2009 D40LF buses were not refurbished or had any major work done that I am aware of.

danmackay
I thought 30/60 alternating frequency on route 3 and 1 evenings and sundays was bad right until I looked at the new Route 4 schedule and saw a 70 minute gap between buses after 9 PM

Most likely to account for traffic congestion Lakeshore because Minets Point is closed until around December for railway reconstruction adding an additional track. 7:45 PM, the 8:56 PM and then 9:31 PM, then 10:42 PM form the Georgian Mall. Didn't notice the 70 minute gap. Looks like it is around 35 minute frequency, but it is also a bit mixed during certain time periods.
