mtltransitguy
Can only post using FAST REPLY!
SMS
ATTENTION everyone I myself do not know what is going on but the best advice is just to use the fast reply. As of right now: - No new threads can be made - Cannot post with add reply - Therefore no attachments can be made Try to post in existing threads while remaining on topic. Please be patient... I am sure my fellow admins will help resolve the problem. test
SMS
You should be able to quick edit. Don't worry about spelling right now. I'm no code master... I'm just here to keep the peace
A. Wong
Please let me know directly by PM if problems continue, including details of the message you get, and what you were doing at the time. Thanks!
Articulated
The 'Add Reply' glitch is back. I was posting on the board fine earlier this morning, but after 12:00 the same error message that happened a few weeks ago occured again.
captaintrolley
Fast Reply usually works, you can use that instead. It works for me.
Mud
I still can't post any new threads, same for everyone else? From what I can tell, it's been 10 days Please let me know directly by PM if problems continue, including details of the message you get, and what you were doing at the time. Thanks! PMs don't work
captaintrolley
I PMed this morning, and it seemed to work. There was no 'error' message to indicate that it didn't work. But the [reply] and the [add reply] don't work for me. Only the [fast reply] works.
Mud
I PMed this morning, and it seemed to work. There was no 'error' message to indicate that it didn't work. But the (quote) [reply] and the [add reply] don't work for me. Only the [fast reply] works. I'm not getting an error message, but I don't think it works since nothing appears in my sent items folder. captaintrolley
Do you have this enabled ? It's under the text body area. Add a copy of this message to my sent items folder
mtltransitguy
PM just worked!
Mud
I just tried to change my personal photo on my profile and it gave me the same 'Service unavailable' error.
Orion Bus
Tried changing it by viewing your own profile, then clicking settings? That always worked for me.
Mud
Tried changing it by viewing your own profile, then clicking settings? That always worked for me. Oh it works if you do it that way, thanks.
Orion Bus
Anytime, that also works for the Personal Statement I was trying to add. Tried doing it the normal way and it didn't change.
dj.surf.lfs
The board is glitching... again I was trying to create a thread and didn't work, so I tried it again, didn't work again, went back, and now there's two identical threads. Also, I tried fast reply, and it merged with the previous post, for some odd reason. Admins please check if there's any problem. Thanxs.
A. Wong
Did you get an error message?
dj.surf.lfs
Did you get an error message? Yes, when I was trying to create the thread. It was like the same one that appeared before, something about "Unauthorized Access" or something like that. Anyway, it seems to be fixed now. And thanks for removing the extra thread. A. Wong
If it was the white background, it would probably have been Service Temporarily Unavailable. If it was within the board, that might be another issue that may be solved by logging out and back in again.
mtltransitguy
Whenever I try to use the board with Safari, it crashe the browser. I used it all day with it, this only started after 6pm or so.
A. Wong
Err, restart your computer, or Reset Safari would be my suggestions. No server changes were made that would cause that, unless Jan did something crazy.
