Correction, the last image of the tour bus is not a Japanese Isuzu, it is a China built Yellow Sea.

I believe these are Czech bulit OEM TATRA-T6B5 trams.
Yes, those are indeed Tatra T6B5K cars (first-hand) built in 1991. Fleet numbers 1046-1174.
OEM TATRA-T4 trams
These are all second-hand from Leipzig and Dresden (T4D and B4D cars, the B4D are the trailers).
TATRA-T4 trams and retrofitted Karosa 706RTO trolley-bus :):(

These are the T6B5K cars, not the T4.

The double articulated cars are the Tatra KT8D5K (first hand) cars built in 1990. Fleet numbers 1001-1045.
