Its pretty insane their retiring 15 year old buses.

Seems to me that they would do a cost-benefit analysis before retiring the bus. Does it make sense to sink money into a lemon? Not every bus coming off the assembly line can guarantee service for 16 to 18 years. The stm spare ratio is fat enough to permanently retire problematic vehicles.

Considering 29-072 is the first 3nd gen bus from the 29-XXX serie to be retired, would it be a good idea to rename this thread and also include sightings from the 29-XXXs, (the 3nd gen buses), from 29-072 to 29-156 ?
