In one of the recent Red Line Transformation updates, car 1907 is pictured coming onto the rails from a bed. So I assume the pair 1906/1907 has arrived.

1906/1907 through 1910/1911 delivery underway this month into Feb 2022.

Going forward, early production work will take place in the Changchun facility unlike now where only the shells are made their and full assembly takes place in the Springfield facility. At this time, only red line car shells work in progress are at Changchun.
