T3G
This thread is to track the current status of the Bombardier Flexity fleet for the TTC. Ordinarily, these things have been reported on in the streetcar news thread or occasionally the MIA buses thread, but other information tends to bury these so I, and a few other forum members, figured the best solution would be to create a dedicated thread for tracking these cars. Where possible, the cause of absence in service is noted. Currently MIA: 4409 (last seen July 25, 2023) 4413 (last seen Sep 12, 2023) 4422 (last seen Oct 18, 2023) 4425 (last seen Oct 17, 2023) 4429 (last seen Sep 17, 2023) 4430 (last seen Nov 2, 2023) 4442 (last seen Oct 23, 2023) 4451 (last seen Oct 29, 2023) 4455 (last seen Nov 2, 2023) 4462 (last seen Oct 24, 2023) 4468 (last seen December 30, 2022) 4471 (last seen August 7, 2018) 4474 (last seen Nov 1, 2023) 4475 (last seen June 26, 2023) 4478 (last seen August 7, 2018) 4484 (last seen Nov 1, 2023) 4492 (last seen Sep 24, 2023) 4506 (last seen Nov 3, 2023) 4534 (last seen January 19, 2023) 4568 (last seen July 26, 2022) 4574 (last seen Nov 1, 2023) 4585 (last seen Nov 2, 2023) 4587 (last seen Nov 3, 2023) Edited November 9, 2023 by T3G

TTC4120fan
I decided to run through the car vehicle history. It took a while but here is what I found. Previously MIA cars that went back into service: 4412 ran in service for 6 days between November 22-27 but has gone missing again. 4426 is and has been back for a bit now. It ran on the 504 today. Now for some new MIA units 4411 last ran on November 26 4420 last ran on November 19 4507 last ran on November 18 4531 last ran on November 26 4554 last ran on November 17 4578 last ran on November 21 Also completely off topic here, but 4411 has a red panel where it should be white. Because of this it’s a favourite of mine, and just to check in on it I decided to look at its vehicle history. I noticed it had been missing, so that’s what prompted me to go through the rest of the fleet today.

Andythagiant
Looks like 4486 which is the VISION prototype has re-entered service. Keep an eye on 4427. Car suffered damage from a failed pantograph while in service on Spadina. 4

Robert Lubinski
4579 has been MIA since December 20. I'm told it was in a collision but I'm not sure if it happened then or was an earlier incident.

TransSee's got trip data for the car on December 20 so it seems likely that that's when the collision happened.

dowlingm
Since streetcars are apparently cancelled/bustituted on the 508 for this board, where is the pinch point (other than possibly parts in the case of the crash units where bits not normally replaced may be needed) for getting some of these back on the road? Is it labour (in which case those working on the CLRV fleet will presumably start filling some gaps) or is it availability of LFLRV bays?
