Articulated
The Town of Caledon launched a new local transit service that started operating on Monday November 11th. The route will operate from the community of Bolton down Highway 50 to connect with Züm service at Highway 7/Queen Street. This route has been contracted to Voyago, so I presume it runs with cutaway buses. Service runs every half hour from 6:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. This would be the Town's replacement for GO route 38 which is being eliminated in January 2020 (after getting a 6 month reprieve from the cutbacks in June). This is in addition to Brampton Transit route 81 Mayfield West, which operates under contract to the Town of Caledon serving the Southfields community on Kennedy Road north of Highway 410.
Chris W
Per the town's Twitter, there are two Girardin/Blue Bird cutaways numbered 1833 and 1834 that operate the service. They run on a 30 minute frequency so two buses are required.
MCI102A3
Looked at the Twitter and it's actually a pretty nice simple scheme, kinda reminds me of Cornwall.
