Chris H
Meanwhile in Providenciales Turks and Caicos the buses/taxis are mostly Chevy Express/GMC Savana, Ford E-Series passenger vans, plus some Ford Transits. Also many hotels and resorts use Chevy Suburbans and Cadillac Escalades to shuttle guest from the airport.

And don't forget that the New Route 17 Unified Bus Pilot Project (6 month trial) was launched 2 weeks ago in Nassau. They are equipped with new fare boxes. They are based out of the Bus Depot on West Bay Street which is former Road Traffic Dept. Only 5 of 6 units are in revenue service.

Glennwood Road Ent.
Cleaning up on this thread nearly 4 years ago. Here's the collection of Jitney busses in Nassau, New Providence, Bahamas taken by me (few walks away from my workplace): from Nov 2022 and last day of Dec 31, 2022 May- Dec 2023 and Blue Bird wrapped School Buses purchased secondhand and imported from the USA by unknown operator of USA owned by Fusion Superplex Imax Theatre (Jan 2024.) And other news, I heard some rumors on Facebook from Easy Car Sales that The Bahamas are getting Electric BYD Buses sometime in the near future. https://www.facebook.com/EasyCarSales/posts/byd-is-revolutionizing-electrified-transportation-worldwide-coming-soon-to-the-b/5437987986259898/
