1640 1768 1795 and 1803 are now retired and going to be decommissioned. I am assuming that 1666 is done I didn't find out on 1666 today. Last week I heard its awaiting repairs apparently which I doubt it.

Is 1666 on its way to purgatory? ?

So they're retiring the 50 units in the 15xx/16xx series that were rebuilt / repainted too?

I think only the ones without VISION for now. All of the NGs at obico are basically extra buses and aren't needed.

Any ideas if any 79xx without VISION are still in service?

I believe the first 501 pm tripper starts at around 4:52 pm at Sunnyside loop. Anyway, it is still possible to catch these on non-streetcar routes too. I caught this photo of 7930 on the 44 in July, and it was doing in-service training(there was a supervisor on-board). About a week later as well, 7951 was doing the 112C, that was also in-service training.IMG_3494.thumb.JPG.1153745016974596ea736a9aca88ec68.JPG

1666 is now retired and waiting to be decommissioned at Malvern division. 1665 is back at Malvern from North queen it might be retired now.

It looks like from the tracker that 1665 seemed to have an issue while training, probably a break down perhaps.

Is 8362 getting repaired or getting retired because of the engine fire

From a photo that was posted recently, it seems like the engine and some other parts have been removed.

From the picture it looked liked the bus is in the dead lot so I guess its retired.

Last I checked, 8362 was parked in front of 4004. The engine was removed. I didn't bother to check for 8362 yesterday when I passed by. It might still be parked in front of 4004.

8362 Isn't tracking anymore

Based off personal sightings, once a unit stops reporting new data for an extended amount of time, the unit will stop tracking.

Once again, just because a unit isn't tracking that doesn't mean its retired.

Its still sitting beside davenport garage, minus the engine.
