FelixINX
Based on the fact that only 016, 017 and 018 have been seen active so far, there is a big probability that the rumors were true: 001-015 will go to the 747. Any news on this? I am wondering if they will have wi-fi

En Transit
Perhaps 39-001 to 39-015 are equipped with luggage racks. That’s why 39-016 was the first to enter service.
ReusableNoseTissue
That is starting to make sense. I don't know if it it's relevant, but I have noticed that there are more 747 upgraded buses (30-001 to 020 and 31-211 to 220) active on normal bus route at off-peak times. 31-215 was on the 105 just earlier. West Island Transit Fan
I wonder why 39-001 to 015 don't have the 747 livery like 29-149 to 156 and 31-001 to 008 then.

My guess is the REM. The 747 will be in service for maximum 5 years so maximum 1/3 of a bus lifespan. I guess they don't want to repaint these buses!

One thing is for sure, 39-001 have racks & I didn't see the bus in service yet. We might have some news later for the buses between 39-001 & 15. SMS
On Friday night I saw 39-018 on 161W at Plamondon stn. Very ugly seats inside and some 37000 (or something) license plate at the rear. Not impressed at all if this is the future of buses in Montreal. And to think that Plante wants 300 more of these types of vehicles!

Looks like I may continue taking Teo Taxi to the airport just like I always do... until the REM opens. The hybrids themselves may be better than the 3rd gens but the seating layout is just ridiculous. Not worth the $10 fare.
