I'm not an expert on looking up the scheds but I plan on being at the platform taking photos of the buses as the last ones leave. Would you mind telling me what time all the final buses leave on their respective runs from Vancouver?

Just chatted with the ticket people in Vancouver.

October 21st will be the last Kelowna Departure at 6pm and the last Kamloops departure at 2:50pm

Also last Whistler departure is at 2:00pm on the 21st. But agent mentioned more change ups may come up fast.

I wonder if anybody will be clever enough to put a special message on a destination sign such as “Thank You Canada”?

Also after 21 Whistler has Only 1 departure at 7 am to Whistler. Odd not sure what Van ticket people were talkin about. By 21 their is no 2 pm Whistler departure and their never has been a  250 pm departure to Kamloops.

Like I mentioned, there may be more changes coming. They've been cancelling some more runs from what I was told.

This seems to be a good resource for day-of tracking: http://bustracker.greyhound.ca/

You can enter in the departing city, eg. Edmonton is http://bustracker.greyhound.ca/stops/720071/Edmonton_AB/departing

But it seems to only go up to the next day about 12 hours in advance. Makes sense since it is supposed to be a live tracker.

Units active with a stop in Brandon, MB: 1284, 1179, 1288, 6251

If anyone knows the "hub" cities for the routes in Western Canada, I could keep checking them for active units until Greyhound cuts the routes. I figured Vancouver would have a lot too

I wonder if the buses and trailers will be Sold. I would think the 4505's should fetch decent $$ I can see an auction happening in the near future of Greyhound assets. I would assume maybe they will transfer some coaches to Ontario. I wonder where the ex First Prevosts will end up?

They most likely have a good idea of what's in good shape to keep for the remaining Canadian operations.  Those Prevosts and anything else in decent shape will make its way East to Toronto.
