3712 is back at Arrow Rd Garage from Birchmount Garage and it's on route 99 Arrow Rd right now

It got its charge there instead of Arrow and left. This happens often.

3715----> Driver Training

3720----> Bus/Charger testing

3749----> Charger testing

The only actual buses that will be officially moved will be 3715-3724, no other, no Proterra

3753 is the first BYD unit that back in service. It did the revenue service on 67 Pharmacy today morning

Can confirm. I passed it by this morning on Eglinton East, those boxy things are hard to miss! 😂

I heard it was just testing but other units could take longer as they aren't even ready. It seems a few have a problem with backordered parts. But that is good news at least some should be back very soon

Birchmount is still lagging along with no fixed date for their XE40's to get in service. Last time i heard it was servicing for 3715-3724 at arrow, but that clearly wasn't the real issue. All ops are already trained so its likely charger related. Nobody seems to know

I did hear something interesting though. during the 1 year trial period, the XE40 will still be serviced by Arrow Road. Birchmount will only do the basics to keep them on the road such as charging, tires, etc

3715 was on 135 Gerrard today training, and 68A Warden training yesterday. At this point there's only a matter of time till they'll all be in service, supposed to be by the starting of next board

I wonder if passengers would have been allowed on board.

When does the next board period start?

Yes its in service training so passengers are allowed. Its almost never signed in because its not actually in a run so its hard to know from tracking if the bus is just training or in service training

March 27th is new board

Since #3715 and #3720 are still at Birchmount, can we class them as Birchmount buses given the remaining eight will move before the new board starts?

No. Let's wait for formal movements to occur... right now they're testing/training buses, which we don't normally classify as official "movements" (think the 11xx Orion VII HEV buses that were at Malvern for driver training - they were sent back to Arrow once the Orion VII NG HEV buses started arriving).

Two of the Birchmount Divison XE40 charging infrastructures are malfunctioning and do not work (not providing regular watts). I highly doubt any movements can happen until it gets resolved. Potentially another annoying delay again, but the good news is that they have sent contractors out that are trying to resolve it for the past few days, and there are still about 2 weeks before the board change so let's see
