Spoke to an operator today on the 34 about what happened to the BYD's, he claims they are now withdrawn from the ttc fleet due to quality issues from his knowledge.

If that is really true, I wouldn't be too surprised, but could anyone confirm?

Scrap? I wonder if anyone would pick them up?

Not surprising but this definitely must be confirmed before anything.

3712 3717 are at MtD for training

For the family day event, not training

Spoke to the Richard Klos of Bus Management, specifically for the XE40s ,at the MtD Family Day event, he told me that 10 pantograph chargers had just been installed at Bmt and testing is in progress with 2 buses, after the testing is complete, training will commence for operators. 10 units (3715-3724) will move to Bmt and are projected to enter service in mid-late November.

Spoke to the XE40 planner (Don’t remember his official role or his name) at the MtD Family Day event, he told me that 10 pantograph chargers had just been installed at Bmt and testing is in progress with 2 buses, after the testing is complete, training will commence for operators. 10 units (3715-3724) will move to Bmt and are projected to enter service in mid-late November.

You should have asked where the new buses are going too. 134 Flyers, 134 Novas and 68 Artic flyers. lol. And when they are expected to arrive.

I know there was talk of 75 Sherbourne, I wonder if they are installing charges along that route as well and what's going on with that.

they are going to mount dennis

It would probably make the most sense since mount Dennis is retiring their 1000-1100s and the 1200-1400 are up for retirement also that’s about 160-200 buses being pulled from Mount Dennis for retirement

And also with mount Dennis having the most routes using artics it would make logical sense to put the New Flyer XDE60s at mount dennis cause realistically why would Malvern or McNicoll need more artics for only 1 route which is Malvern:985 and McNicoll:953
