As far as i remember, the steering issue was isolated to the 16xx -> 19xx Hybrid/Electric Novas. Actually, the issue affects any Nova built after 2016 that is equipped with electric steering. There are likely diesels that are in theory affected by it. I too saw 4608, but it was pulling into Lebreton Station westbound from Gatineau at 4pm - completing a trip on 105 Lebreton (though it was signed as "#ready4rail").
