STM 22/23/24-2XX Retirement Watch/Sightings

Recommended Posts

To keep from cluttering the Today's Sightings thread, we can track the 22-XXX here. Sightings from iBus are acceptable, just try to mention it to distinguish from real sightings.

Over the past few weeks, I've been compiling your sightings and my iBus sightings on a spreadsheet (see below).

I will try to keep it up to date with the posts in this thread.

I'll start:

According to iBus, 22-208 and 22-217 (SN extra) are on the 90 right now. I'm planning to take 22-217 later.

- 22-283 is most likely at LaSalle. I took it on the 113.

I think you're right. It was tracking on the 90 this afternoon. I put "?" if I see the bus on a route with a lot of extras (e.g. 24 or 460 during rush hours).

22-388 and 22-398 were both on the 90 again. I took 398 this time. The rear door sensor was malfunctioning and the door kept opening and closing. After my departure, it got changed off for 28-006. I wonder if this is the same problem that got this bus changed off last week when I almost took it.

AN 22-416 was on the 15 at Atwater around 16:45.

I saw it too but it is now a Frontenac bus. It got the new bumper and the FR sticker.

5/12/18

  • 22-293 doing the 31 NB at Rosemont Metro at 18h15
  • 22-353 going back to St. Denis as En Transit
  • 22-381 the same as above
  • 22-360 doing the 18 EB at Beaubien and Pie-IX at 19h41

iBus lookups: St. Laurent's 22-271 was on the 93 earlier in the day, Frontenac's 22-323 was on the 141 and 22-349 was on the 201 this morning.

5/13/18

  • 22-262 doing the 44 NB at Radisson Metro around 15h15
  • 22-271 doing the 161 WB at Rosemont Metro at 16h23
  • 22-235 doing the 48, 48X or 49 at Henri Bourassa around 17h00
  • 22-411 doing the 48, 48X or 49 at same place but a few minutes later
  • 22-332 doing the 64 NB at Cote Vertu at 18h03
  • 22-287 doing the 31 SB at Henri-Bourassa at 18h46 (got on it)
  • 22-268, 22-352, 22-367 and 22-371 parked outside St. Denis
  • 22-228, 22-241, 22-257 and 22-416 parked outside Frontenac
  • 22-408 parked inside Frontenac
  • 22-256 coming back to Frontenac around 19h40

St. Laurent seems to be sending their ex-Stinson 22s all over lately like 22-271 and 22-287. 22-228 is now also a Frontenac bus and 22-416 was parked outside on the street. 22-256 came back to the garage with the run box set as 06 or 08. 22-332 came in as the 170 then interlined to the 64.

iBus lookups: St. Laurent's 22-293 was on the 93 earlier in the day and Legendre's 22-387 was on the 141 tonight on that run that leaves St. Michel at 21h24.

Yesterday:

I took 22-283 on the 90 in the morning.

Today:

22-388 was tracking on the 90 during AM rush. It was doing run 108-47 (should have been on the 108 all day). I planned to take it on my way home on the 90 (17:11 departing Atwater), but the departure was cancelled. :( 26-010 came in on the 108 shortly before that time, so it may have been a renfort replacing 22-388.

22-264 was on the 144 during AM rush.

Today:

- 22-216, 22-249 and 22-418 were on the 105 today; 22-216 this afternoon, and the two others in the morning.

- 22-306 was on the 195 on run 06.

I saw those three on the 105 as well. 22-418 was on an all day run and I saw it during PM rush (105-27). 22-249 got sent out for the evening on a different run (105-37).

195-06 is a SL extra. It deadheads from Dorval to Cote Vertu after finishing the 195 to do the 170.

iBus lookups around 21:00:

22-248 on the 128.

SL 22-343 on the 211.

22-216 and 22-251 on the 103.

22-233 on the 48.

Seems like there is a run on the 16 that ends up as a 211 at night. I gotta check this out.

22-226 as En Transit at St. Michel this morning.

Anjou's 22-410 was on the 92 EB around 8h20.

Frontenac's 22-298 was on the 161 this morning. Has the new bumper.
