As of the February 2023 bid, there will be some slight modifications

Route 60 will serve Cal State Long Beach all day, discontinuation of the short line (Fruit and Tustin) on weekends

Route 72 will layover at the Tustin Station, terminating the layover point at the District

Route 83 will extend to the Fullerton Park and Ride on the I5, from Disneyland

Routes 153 and 463 will be eliminated due to low ridership

Route Bravo! 543 will not be working on weekends

Route Bravo! 553 will extend to the South Coast Plaza from the current place at Main and MacArthur

Route Bravo! 560 will no longer end at Cal State Long Beach, will truncate to Main and Locust

I feel like the OCTA bus pages should have more details regarding the history of the buses since the C40LFR has a history, the XN40s and XE40s should have a history too as well

XN40 (5701-5799, 5801-5858): In 2015, OCTA announced an order of 202 new New Flyer CNG buses, which were meant to replace the NABI 40 LFW LNG and the remaining New Flyer D40LFs. This would increase the number of New Flyer buses to 556 buses in the fleet.

All buses from this series are operated in house as of 2023. At the time of delivery, all units were based out of Santa Ana until sometime during 2017-2018 when units 5701-5799 and 5845-5858 were transferred to Garden Grove as the NABI 40-LFW LNGs were being retired. As of 2021, 5845-5850 were transferred back to Santa Ana and in October 2022, units 5851-5857 were transferred back to Santa Ana as Bravo C40LFRs 7576-7582 were transferred to Garden Grove.

All of the units in this series were originally powered by the Cummins Westport ISL-G engines; which some of the units of this series have been repowered to the L9N. All units of this series will eventually get repowered to the Cummins Westport L9N.

All units of this series are now retrofitted with the rear door announcement, driver barrier, three bike rack slot, and majority of the fleet has LED fog lights, while only 5715, 5718 and 5719 still retain the original LED/Halogen Hybrid Lights as of 2023.

XE40 (1201-1210): In 2020, OCTA approved a contract with New Flyer for 10 Battery Electric buses, which came to a total of $10.4 million. These buses will come with charging USB outlets and a different seat design, similar to that found on the Gillig Low Floor Plus.

I got a new update for the New Flyer XE40 page:

1210: Plate is 1652783, VIN unknown

and for the Gillig page:

2107: Plate is 1612696, VIN unknown

and for the New Flyer C40LFR page:

5507, 5508 and 5516 is retired

Not sure about the Irvine or Anaheim units, though 5571, 5579, and 5582 did re-enter service not too long ago

New update for the XE40 page:

1208: Plate is 1652781, VIN unknown, entered service on March 23, 2023 on Route 66

5719 has been retrofitted with the LED lights found on all other units, believe 5715 is the only XN40 to still retain the Hybrid Halogen/LED lights
