Mount dennis buses will be the first one to get them.

Not quite.

Here's the list of buses above, sorted by their current divisions as per the Wiki:

Mount Dennis: 1006

Malvern: 1206-1207, 1212-1213, 1216, 1218, 1220, 1230, 1235, 1247

Eglinton: 7592

Birchmount: 7706, 7708

Queensway: 8026

Wilson: 8336

Arrow Road: 8406

As you can see, at least one vehicle from every bus division has VISION installed. Birchmount and Malvern are the only divisions with more than one VISION test vehicle, and Malvern is the only with at least three. Considering Malvern has ten such vehicles, compared to eight in the other divisions combined, it's highly likely that it'll be the first division to deploy them in revenue service.

What will happen to the Trump units?

Scrap.  They are ancient.

I guess there is a change of plans.

On the Wiki, it says that 1212 and 1213 are Mount Dennis buses, not Malvern buses.

Apparently so. That's a typo on the Mount Dennis Division Wiki page that I had to fix. (Also had to add 1219)

Anyways, that being said, the corrected list should read as follows:

Mount Dennis: 1006, 1212-1213 (3 total)

Malvern: 1206-1207, 1216, 1218, 1220, 1230, 1235, 1247 (8 total)

Other divisions: 7592 (EG),  7706, 7708 (BI), 8026 (QW), 8336 (WI), 8406 (AR) (6 total)

P.S. has anyone really been monitoring fleet movements and updating the pages about the bus allocated by garage as well as the batch details?

I don't think 1212 and 1213 actually moved to MtD. I remember someone reported them as MtD because they were showing up at the garage on a tracker, even though that was actually when they were first outfitted with VISION.

Point being, I'm pretty sure they're still Malvern buses.

All the CAD/AVL/Vision buses are considered Mt Dennis buses for the time being. They are running out of the division for testing and we have to repair them every time an issue arises (I have personally have had to work on 8336, 8406, 8026 and most of the hybrids including 1212 and 1213) in the past few weeks. All the months of sitting around have not been kind to them (especially the hybrids) and now that they are being used again, lots of issues are becoming apparent. The point is, there is no reason to argue over where they are based out of for the foreseeable future. Also, the OG VII's which were outfitted as test buses are not at Mt Dennis and have not been for months. I believe they may have been scrapped.

The question is, will these CAD/AVL units be trackable on NextBus? I'm sure they are still using the CIS/Trump units by now.

Congratulations, you've just uncovered the secrets of Mount Dennis being a bus garage, how does that make you feel? Special, in a way?

Don’t bother. He doesn’t get sarcasm. It was supposed to be a joke.

also doesn’t get that it was posted over 8 weeks ago.
