This list is based purely on my own personal preference.  Of course, it's hard to rank some buses because they did not run concurrently (e.g. Orion I vs. Orion VII), but it basically boils down to which bus I'd rather ride if two of them pulled up to my bus stop at the same time:

OC Transpo

  1. GM Fishbowl (pre-refurb ex-Santa Monica 1756-1770 - 8V71N/VS2-8 equipped)
  2. GM Articulated (8201-8222)
  3. GM Fishbowl (6001-7620 and 5701-5769 - 6V71N/VH-9 equipped)
  4. GM Fishbowl (7621-8240 - 6V71N/V730 equipped)
  5. Orion II
  6. ADL Enviro500 (all types)
  7. Orion V (1991/1992 6V92TA equipped)
  8. Orion I (all types)
  9. MCI/NovaBus Classic (6V92TA equipped)
  10. Flyer D800 (8704-8708 - 6V71N/Spicer 183 equipped)
  11. Flyer D800B (8709-8718 - 6V71N/V730 equipped)
  12. Orion VII NG hybrid
  13. Orion VI
  14. NovaBus LFS
  15. GM Classic (6V71N equipped)
  16. Orion III/Ikarus 286 (ex-TTC)
  17. Orion V (1997/1998 DD Series 50 equipped)
  18. New Flyer D40 (all types)
  19. New Flyer D60LF/D60LFR (all types)
  20. New Flyer Invero
  21. El Dorado EZ-Rider (9751)

Where are the Orion VII's on anyone's list? (Jokes)

They are probably the most hated bus. Orion VIIs are called "Dybrids" because they broke down, get it?😂. I have been on two that broke down a year ago, both on the 176 (also known as the 80 now)

I like the Orion VII's there number 2 on my list. At least the A/C works great in the rear unlike the Invero's where you need to open the windows even with the A/C on because its crap in the rear of the bus. Also you can read the Destination sign unlike the Invero. The only thing I hate about the Orion VII's is the rear seats, STUPID HIGH CHAIR SEATS!!!   your feet can;t touch the ground

At least OC got their Orion VIIs with the recommended batteries, which should be giving close to claimed service life. TTC cheaped out and got theirs with lead-acid batteries - and blew them like crazy!

Now for another list with ONLY low floors this time:

1. 2008/2009 D60LFs (because of the old style, and how rare they are to find)

2. D60LFRs (just like a D60LF, except different seats, and a new front end style)

3. Double Deckers (80xx, 81xx)

4. Inveros

5. Orion VI (but might as well get a S50 V in the leaf, then retrofit A/C)

6. Orion VII hybrid
