Thumbnail replacement & Uploading photos

Rules regarding uploading multiple photos at a time and thumbnail replacing have been added to the CPTDB_Wiki:Photographs section of the naming conventions. These appear to have not been officially in the naming conventions but were treated as such.

@Kevin L I need some assistance in creating paint scheme files for bus rosters. Is there a way to do that on the wiki or does it have to done on an external program like MS Paint, Gimp, etc. before being uploaded as a picture file? Here's an example of what I want to create, but for SF Muni and a few other agencies: https://cptdb.ca/wiki/index.php/File:CMBC_Paint_Icon_sweep.gif

Not too familiar with how to do that. I'm guessing you would need to use an external program to do it.

I don't know if this is the right place to post it, but I'm sure there is a rule about not posting photos of vehicles involved in accidents to the wiki. Photos of wrecked vehicles, especially in a fatal collision, can cause a lot of distress.

Admins, would you elaborate on the posting of this photo?
