Looks like these would be a patient transfer bus for those in social housing judging by the organization's website. I believe the Crestline is ex- HQEMS, recognize it from the lack of compartments. The Demers may have been too.

On a related note, would anyone know which firehouse the Belleville command centre is kept at? I suspect #1; last time I went by #2 the house was full with the addition of a Bickle city service ladder truck
