It was a fleet planner who told me. His name is Allen Pritchard.

According to the May 2018 TTC Org chart (latest I could find) Allen Pritchard is not a fleet planner.

ETA: sorry, I missed this entire page of debunkery when I posted.

As well, since we're getting close to the end of the Series 50 VIIs, here's a list of units that have been out in service in the past two weeks: 7575, 7709, 7719, 7727, 7731, 7732, 7749, 7754, 7755, 7756, 7763, 7766, 7768, 7773, 7782, 7787, 7789, 7791, 7792, 7800, 7808, 7809, 7811, 7819, 7821, 7824, 7833, 7838, 7842, 7845, 7846, 7848, 7853, 7862, 7863, 7864, 7865, 7866, 7868, 7869, 7874, 7875, 7876, 7879, 7880, 7883. This leaves 46 units still seeing regular service.

Updating this list... last week the following units were in service according to Transsee: 7575, 7709, 7719, 7727, 7731, 7732, 7749, 7754, 7755, 7756, 7763, 7766, 7768, 7773, 7782, 7787, 7789, 7791, 7792, 7800, 7808, 7811, 7821, 7824, 7833, 7838, 7846, 7848, 7853, 7863, 7864, 7865, 7866, 7868, 7869, 7874, 7875, 7876, 7879, 7880, 7883. This leaves 41 units, same as @a.dicion posted. 7809, 7819, 7842, 7845, and 7862 would therefore be the units retired over last weekend.

Both 7749 and 7853 only showed up on Monday morning, 7756's last appearance was Monday afternoon, 7768 and 7800's last appearances were Tuesday morning.

EDIT: Checking in on the Hybrids: 1555, 1597, 1633, 1646, 1652, 1704, 1784, 1805, 1812, 1814 were not spotted in service this week. Doesn't necessarily mean they're retired - could be waiting for repairs, or decommissioning.

I saw 1555 in service on 127 yesterday so it's back in service

I would like to confirm that 1669 1773 1820 1776 1780 are retired also 1812 1814 1704 1646 are stored at Malvern waiting either for repairs or most likely to be  retired. 1805 might be retired it has the green tape on the fuel door but nothing stripped from the bus yet.

Are the first 5 buses you listed stripped?
