TransitfanJW
First, you beat me to the punch... Was going to make one, but then I thought that we would just post it on the existing thread. Secondly, 8013, 8014, 8020, 8021, & 8040 have them and 8014, 8021 & 8040 are confirmed working. Third, you spelled Presto wrong in the title
nfitz
Working with it? Surely the question is which ones aren't working ... and 4120 comes to mind, with both readers out from at least April 12 to April 26 - not sure if it's been fixed yet. Though I saw a rash of readers out 2-3 weeks ago, but I haven't spotted one in a week.

I remember that 4120 was MIA for quite some time (left in February I believe, didn't come back until April) so that could explain why they were down. The readers? Other than 4120, I haven't seen a streetcar without at least one working Presto reader since December. And the 4400s since 2014. Done and dusted. That's interesting about 4120 ... ttcbusdude
I don't mean to spell Presto wrong. It is a keyboard error. Yes, a new topic will be wise.
Xtrazsteve
8012 has it with a banner. It seems like they are doing the lower 8000s first. The larger 8000s don't have it.
H4 5600
7312 had it turned off last week but I haven't seen it this week so I don't know if it's on.

Is there any indication of when the readers are working or not? On the streetcars, there's the green or red light I think. On 8020, the screen was working, but no lights, and of course no one used a Presto card on it (because you'd need all buses converted for riders on routes like 110A to consider switching to Presto). Xtrazsteve
There isn't a banner on 8020 as of now. It's on the 111 East Mall. Saw it an hour ago.

Xtrazsteve
The airport buses are 8000-8011 which all have wraps. 8012-8099 just looks like the S50's in the east end.

It doesn't have to be an airport bus. They will eventually install them on all buses. Even some of the D40LFs have them. I've seen a bunch of 8000s at Islington for the past weeks with Presto readers installed.
soo8513
Toronto Star indicates rollout is garage by garage, west to east, with 10 buses being added each night.

The green presto thing that they stuck on streetcars that indicates it is presto ready. +8011 and 8025. Note 8008 doesn't have a reader at all. Buurin
How many readers are there on a bus with active Presto? I am riding 1511 on 98 and it has two installed, not active of course. And I think it never was a Queensway bus. Edit: Back door presto reader on 1511.
Xtrazsteve
Not that many are activated. Many Queensway buses don't have it at all. They are testing on all types of buses but only Queensway is accepting them as fare payment.
