The Lowell Regional Transit Authority out of Lowell MA has Just Recently retired there 2009 StarCraft Allstar E450 0901-0902 have been placed on the Perminate Retirement list and cause of out of service is unknown and Replacements for those 2 cutaway Units are unknown at this time
