  • Ottawa-Tampa increases to two weekly flights from one
  • Ottawa-Orlando will increase to four weekly flights from two

  • Ottawa-Punta Cana increases to four weekly flights from three

Ottawa to US destinations:

  • Ottawa to Chicago (three times daily)
  • Ottawa to New York-Newark (three times daily)
  • Ottawa to Washington-Dulles (three times daily)
  • Ottawa to Washington-Reagan (once daily)

Final comments:

Most likely shifting resources from the suspended routes to destinations where people are looking to go such as Florida and Mexico to better match demand. Needing to make sure that capacity is available for those destinations.

It appears Air Canada is bringing back the 767-300er model for passenger use. Been told (2) are being sent over from the states after years of storage.

They have been at YHM for a while now getting prepped. Word is they will be ready for use in 2025 and will be used sparingly.

For those of you following the labour dispute - a tentative has been reached.

I do know the details through internal sources, but I can't post those.  Be interesting to see if it gets ratified or not.
