Fixed and updated.

Anyone going to complain about handmedowns at Bmount? 🤣

Not really. And I still do not get the point why Birchmount has not received some of the 81xxs back since they have to cover for the 83xxs in 2018 given the fleet was rebuilt and refitted with VISION. Only four divisions are left with the majority of Orion VII buses and the three have Nova LFS majority.

Even with McNicoll, the opening would break the trend of the TTC’s newest garage receiving buses more than 10 years old. Comstock opened in 2002 with GM New Looks and Classics (96 Vs and D40LFs were newer) as well as Mount Dennis in 2008 with GM New Looks and 91 Vs (the 12/15xxs were also newer too). This is why the OGs and NGs are more than 10 years old and McNicoll can’t even touch them at all because it doesn’t make sense to have the garage maintaining buses with one maker like Birchmount and Comstock has now (the latter has ten BYD buses in service).

Chances are if McNicoll doesn’t operate Orion VIIs at all, this will be the end of Orion buses on route 39 FINCH EAST, who has been using Orions since 1987 dating to the Orion III.

Cause Bmount don't need the 8100s. Wilson lost all the 1700s due to retirement. They don't need to keep a separate spare parts at Bmount for 50 or so buses. Wilson would likely just have 8100s, 8300s and a few artics when McNicoll opens. Most if not all the NG hybrids would end up at Malvern.

Bmount would stay Novas only. Seems like they'll loose all the 3100s too.

The reason why Comstock and MtD got the oldest buses was they were easier to maintain. They don't want to give the new mechanics a hard time. The NG Hybrids are problematic and are prone to break down. MtD had a hard time with them when the buses were brand new so why won't history repeat themselves this time? The Novas are much more reliable than those NGs.

McNicoll is going to be a boring garage if the whole fleet is 3100-3349 (assuming approximately 250 buses).

I don’t think it will just be 3100-3349 cause if they’re getting 53 and 953 and they both use artics so I think some artics will be going to McNicoll as well

Well considering 3100-3249 is only 150, let’s see what the next 100 are

I meant 3349.

Arrow wouldn't need that 100 with the Nova HEVs coming over.

I guess they’ll keep the higher 32xx and all the 33xx but I heard they’re getting the 88/89xx from Comstock. #3495-#3654 would be fine at Arrow.

40 artics and 200 LFS would be perfect. I doubt they’ll get the VIIs but not likely to happen anytime soon.

8897 and 8675 are tracking at Wilson Division, I don't think there would be training at this time.

Maybe Wilson is finally getting some LFS’s

that might be the case because eglinton  will be losing routes and eglinton has over 300 buses and the orion 1200 - 1423 series are already moving to malvern
