I just saw 4071 with a “Goodbye Toronto CLRV” sticker on the side of it. Not sure if all or any other cars also have that.

Edit: I've seen a few more CLRVs, none have the stickers. Maybe they’ll get them in the coming days.

Looks like 4071 is the only one with the sticker for now. Didn't see any others today.

506 is completely Flexity today. Assuming that the CLRVs are permanently done on Carlton (except for maybe 4178), which CLRV was the last one on the 506?

Looks like that would be 4024 per Transsee Trip History, it left High Park Loop around 1 AM and got to Main after 2 AM.

Wow! come to think of it now, I was actually on that last trip, as I was leaving for a flight later that night (or morning). Only for about 5 stops, but still.

Looks like 4178 is the first of the 501 CLRV weekend tripper cars. Left Greenwood at noon

Edit: Looks like 4124 is next in line. I guess service is 15-20 minutes apart? Also, are they actually going to Long Branch or is it still Sunnyside/Roncesvalles?

Ladies and Gents - 4178 Just started a run on 501 to Long Branch!

Vehicle 4178 CLRV 2:24 ahead of 12:13:56PM. towards ←West to Long Branch
aprchg River St on Queen St East Vehicle History trip path

All vehicles Westbound in the 501 say they are going to Long Branch on TransSee. Chances are it’s just going to Sunnyside as said

The last scheduled CLRV - we'll have to see if they can get 150 or so Flexities out during rush hour this week - that's more than I've ever seen out.

Thanks. If you check out predictions by stop it does indeed say Roncesvalles, so that answers my question

Nextbus says the westbound branch (there's 5 out now ... 4071, 4081, 4124, 4165, 4178) is CQSY which I assume means Coxwell/Queen (aka Russell) to Sunnyside.

You can see them in Transee with https://www.transsee.ca/fleetfind?a=ttc&q=4071%2C+4081%2C+4124%2C+4165%2C+4178&Go=Go

4071, 4081, 4124, 4165, 4178 are all the cars. They only go to Sunnyside.

I thought there'd be 6, not 5. Yes - 4170 just entered service. The full cohort can be seen at https://www.transsee.ca/fleetfind?a=ttc&q=4071%2C4081%2C4124%2C4165%2C4170%2C4178&Go=Go

The first car (4178) is heading back now on the "sywb" branch ... Sunnyside to Woobine Loop I assume.

4170 has just been added, making 6.

Not a stellar start. Looking closely at the tracking data, it looks like 4165 broke down for about 15 minutes near just past Leslie and Queen, and is now heading westbound on Dundas, and causing some 501 cars to detour on Gerrard.

Glad they won't be running these extra trips in rush hour!

That’s true. The service summary calls for 149 Flexity cars during the weekday morning peak not including any RAD cars. Let’s see if they can accomplish that.

4053 and 4089 are MIA for a long time and are not tracking. It looks like both of them are retired now.

4089 last ran on 506/306 on nov 2

4053 last ran 511 on nov 7

4053 I doubt that it’s out side of Hillcrest right now 4089 should be inside Hillcrest.

4133 came in to replace failed 4165.

So far, cars are turning from eastbound to westbound at Russell rather than Woodbine Loop. With the return branch as "wbsy".

All six (plus 4165) can be seen at https://www.transsee.ca/fleetfind?a=ttc&q=4071%2C4081%2C4124%2C4133%2C4165%2C4170%2C4178&Go=Go

Last weekend the overhead was still missing on Kingston including the loop. That's probably why.

I spoke to an operator and he was saying the service finishes around 5:00-5:30pm.

Perhaps not - according to Transee, 4024 on 506 was last seen at Main Station at about 2:01 AM.

However, car 4048 on 306 was last reported heading eastbound on College at Lansdowne about 35 seconds later at 2:01:44.

To add to the confusion, car 4091 was last reported 6 seconds after that heading westbound at Carlton and Parliament.

I don't think we know which was the last one in service, as there appears to be data missing. If they all headed back to Russell, then I'd guess that 4091 was last, depending on where it turned back. But I suspect some might have continued in service longer.

Was there a Nextbus outage overnight? Looks like a general lack of data after 2 AM. Perhaps that's when they updated the schedules, which were all changed overnight (which is faster than often happens with a new board!)

Edit, digging deeper, 4042, 4069, 4133, 4164, and 4179 (and perhaps others) also vanished about 2:01:50, or shortly beforehand.

So who knows what was the last unit in scheduled 506 service? No one staring at their computer, that's for sure.

When I was checking it out around 2am the data I was looking at was garbage. There was like 8 Flexitys listed in service, showing nothing on the 301 Queen, some 304 King and 1 310 Spadina car. I saw the 3 mentioned CLRVs in the data before the data went to trash; two at Main, one at Dufferin. Probably not helpful.
