Due to a building collapse along Lougheed near Cassiar at the Gizella Bakery, 9 and 99 have been on detour through Rupert, Grandview to Boundary/Lougheed. N9s will detour though Grandview tonight.

A shuttle was in place during the peak hour for route 9 as all regular trips terminated at Commercial Broadway Station.

July 15:

Millennium Line slow zone is in effect in the area

9 shuttles remain in effect.

Confirmed deceased on the evening of July 15 - this detour will be extended.
Cleared as of July 16.

Guideway Fire - word going around was that it was a garbage truck in the New West area that caught fire. The fire spread to the SkyTrain guideway

Bus shuttles were in operation connecting New West and 22nd.

Incident is clear of 16:50.

The most notable thing I saw while taking the Bus Bridge to New West from 22nd was that 19542 was on the shuttle lol

Was wondering why at one point there were no SkyTrain shuttles from EB Georgia at Denman for a while last night.

Turns out there was a stall and an MVA on the Lions Gate NB just as the show ended - everything was stuck coming back via Pender.

Stalled bus was B15018, and there were two MVAs, including a small pileup. Buses were originally routed down Hastings before being moved to Render.

Expo Line is nightmare-ish as of 4pm. Burned ATC cable at 29th Avenue has Expo Line single tracking in the area on the inbound track.

Production Branch Line trains run only to New West.

It's a 3-train cycle at new west to accommodate the turnback operation.

This is all on top of scheduled round 2 of SkyBridge maintenance which sees single tracking Columbia to Scott Road.

According to STA's there were up to 7 fires (!!) this afternoon on the Expo/Millennium

Due to a suspicious package found on the tracks, West Coast Express Trains at Waterfront Station are delayed. A bus bridge has been set up at Coquitlam Central Station & will serve all West Coast Express Stations beyond Coquitlam Central Station to Mission

Not a good day for North Shore service:

At lunchtime there was a collision that blocked the EB lanes of the Trans Canada Highway at the Arborlynn Drive exit. Stuff headed to West Van was snarled for much of the PM rush,

At 6:50pm the Lions Gate bridge was completely closed off due to a police incident. Buses on the 257 are reaching 300 minutes late.

At some point after September 28th, it appears that someone (likely a Mechanic) backed up 16002 into a light pole at STC, causing minor damage. Bumper will likely need replacing.

That doesn't look bad at all...

Unless the bumper has sustained actual damage, unlikely that it will be needing replacement.
