Trains were Stadium to KG/PW with 1 mk3 shuttle Stadium to Burrard. Bus bridge Waterfront to Burrard. EDIT: Went back up and back down at 8:50. The second outage has resulted in track maintenance being canceled tonight - I believe it was canceled on Monday night as well for reasons unknown. In all fairness, everyone involved other than the moron in the pick up was an innocent victim. The video footage is on Vancouver's Worst Drivers.  Things that make you sigh.
