Not enough room to allow trolleys to properly take that turn with the construction.

dover5949
Due to a container truck roll over on Hwy 91 EB in the "S" curve just after 7pm Hwy 91 is closed at Nelson Rd. Express691
This PM there was a "leak" inside the massey tunnel which forced it to close in both directions just before the PM rush. Initially thought to be river water seeping in, It was later found to be an oversized truck which hit a sprinkler. Clear by around 1630/1700

Most collisions are caused by negligence and/or recklessness on the part of one or both drivers; dismissing them as mere “accidents” glosses over this point and makes it harder (socially and politically) to hold drivers to account for their conduct behind the wheel.

CMBC numbers the lane starting from the right lane and going left..... Actually, most places numbers the lanes from left to right...

There could be incidents that don't involve a collision. A vehicle skidding off the road may not hit another vehicle so there's no collision. I guess we will all have to go along with this change but the original meaning of "accident" was simply something that happened. And modern times people were blamed for causing an accident. Using the word accident didn't exonerate people from blame if they were at fault.
