I can confirm, but I won't go into detail.

No need, because Twitter had an answer:

"An airconditioner leaked, started smoking & prompted fire services to come to their station. The leak affected the data centre, and that's why the system is down."

Translink just tweeted the following "Waterfront Station is closed due to fire". "No SeaBus service at this time until the situation is investigated and deemed safe. Updates to follow".

Another update just now..."due to a fire at Waterfront Stn there will be a shuttle train that will be operating between Burrard Stn to Stadium Station, there will be no service between Waterfront to Burrard Station".

Update "This was actually a fire alarm, there was NO fire at Waterfront Station". "You can still expect a few delays to service".

All the 20 service was switched over from trolley to diesel service this evening. VPD has Victoria Dr closed from 10pm until sometime after midnight to dispose of some explosives in Jones Park. Victoria Dr. is closed from East 41st to East 33rd Ave. 20 Service is being rerouted by 41st, Clarendon, 33rd both directions. Trolley's were swapped off with garage bound diesel's.

034 got struck by a tree when it pulled into 29th Ave station about 30 mins ago

needless to say, smashed window and broken poles. A young lady was hit in the head by a branch and left blood on the floor

That train is now back in service, spotted it this evening at Edmonds
