Still down, judging by Twitter responses it might be more than just T-Comm as there are reports of CVMs not working and based on my personal experience the customer feedback form is also not working. Probably related to the Rogers outage that seems to be affecting a whole lot more of everything else...

My mother works in Technical Support for Shaw. She says literally EVERYTHING is controlled by Roger's. You can't do bank stuff, cellular is down, hell, you can't even contact the government. It's insane!

I felt very privileged to have cash on me today as the rest of the world stood in limbo. So many places were devoid of customers. No lunch line-ups anywhere. Felt kinda eerie to be honest. I’m going to try to keep this brief since it isn’t transit-related, but that doesn’t surprise me considering Rogers gets like $2.75 billion from the federal government’s more recent “Universal Broadband Fund/UBF.” 21 minutes ago, captaintrolley said: I felt very privileged to have cash on me today as the rest of the world stood in limbo. Went to the grocery store this morning (to make this slightly transit-related I took the 15/50 to Broadway lol) and I was slightly panicked because I usually use my debit card, but credit cards still work in case anyone was wondering. Not sure if they’ll work at the CVMs or Compass readers/faregates (someone else might be able to confirm that), but just thought I’d throw that out there.
Transit Guy
Looks like systems are slowly going back online. Update: Spoke too soon, maybe they had a blip of internet for a second because some more buses showed up or updated at around the time I originally posted this. Transit Guy
21013, 21016, and 21019 on the 8. 21017 on the 3. All full-day blocks. Is there an E60LFR shortage or are the book-out folks being generous with the A/C?

I’m not saying I had anything to do with it, but if you provide detailed feedback they tend to listen more, or perhaps some of the VTC drivers finally complained. I agree, considering the 84 frequency the 21000's are not getting much mileage. On weekends there are only around 4 blocks out and thus a bunch of XDE60's sit idle at the depot.

Express691
7466 looks to be on the 337 If you're reading this, it's a sunday when it happened And everyone else is trying to verify if the replacement of an HTC shuttle with an STC 40ft OP was valid in the first place (I'm trying to prevent a select crowd from asking low-level questions) Further diagnosing: 17527 was on the 371, but didn't complete the run. It's the only 371 out on Sundays. 17522 was on the original 337 but was swapped in to do the block on the 371 to replace 17527. Then 7466 replaces 17522 on the 337. TLDR 7466 replaced 17522 which replaced 17527 which didn't finish its run.

Transit Guy
21008, 21009, 21011, and 21012 on the 3 all day today. I’m just going to assume my feedback had something to do with these full-day runs because I don’t think a single VTC XDE60 has ended up on a peak-only trolley block since the introduction of the 21000s, and I specifically asked for them to be assigned on “select all-day blocks” during hot summer days.
