Goes to do 43's after. I've done that trip before. 15:09 out of Dunbar Loop. It's a school tripper, effectively, but you used to get 3 minutes at Joyce and then turn right around as a westbound 41 again. Every time I did that particular block, I was alright on the first trip, and then for the rest of the day I'd be running -20 to -25.
Renee
Wait, that exists? Holy s***. I went to school on Willow & 33rd last year and walked to Cambie every day for the Canada Line or 41/43. I had no idea an artic would come to the Willow stop at 3:30. I imagine the other students don't know either. I would tell them, but I don't go to that school anymore. I will have to get that trip sometime though. Is it every weekday? Approx how long has it existed?

Doesn't seem to be an am artic tripper. I guess it's pm only. On the other haND, I don't see PCTC doing any extra work on 135 and 145. I only see 14026, 8030, and 8084. I guess that explains the extra RTC transfers (8068-8073)

Renee
Thanks for catching that! I was on the bus home at the time and forgot to check. I don't have school on the 23rd, but it is a schoolday in Vancouver, so the tripper should run that day. I hope I can check it out!
Express691
So apparently one of the younger enthusiasts managed to catch 8043 on the 41 Dont know if hes on here though BUT, I have him on snapchat (we met at the Mark 3 rollouts) JK he's on here now as "Jasoncouver Transit System". Jason, how full was the bus when you got on? Edited September 9, 2016 by Express691

GORDOOM
I've actually seen artics on the #41 once or twice before this sheet, including at least once during the Olympics. You'll also occasionally see trolleybuses on the #41 for training - of course, these will short-turn at Crown Loop. IIRC, TransLink is as a matter of policy gradually going through and re-doing bus stops throughout the system so that any route can be worked by an artic if needed. Certainly any bus stop being built now is capable of taking an artic.
Brando737
14036 is out most of the day on a 106/110/144 block. I know someone on here wanted to see an XN40 on the 144, not sure if one has been on there yet. 106 blocks are usually booked out with the Nova's or D40LF's. http://tcomm.bustrainferry.com/mobile/bus/14036
Express691
David and I encountered an XN40 on the 144 last Tuesday heading the other way. In the meantime, I would like to see an XN40 on lines 116 and 100.

Express691
This is the only known block where line 28 shares an interline with North Vancouver workhttp://tcomm.bustrainferry.com/mobile/block/1500850
ThatBusGuy
http://tcomm.bustrainferry.com/mobile/block/1505406 Anyone know how long this block has been around for? I remember seeing an Orion V on the C87 a couple years ago, but not since then... Hey, I did that run on my birthday. 606, C87 followed by two 354s. It's probably been around for a while, because on the Ladner runs you're basically the DSS school bus. Pick up all the kids from school, drop them off through north Ladner on the way back to the exchange, then a few stragglers stay on for the C87 portion. When I was doing the second 354 my supervisor got on my bus too...
Express691
Here is a 130 school tripper that runs under HTC http://tcomm.bustrainferry.com/mobile/block/1500488
TranslinkKid
HTC does one school tripper on the 16, then 116 & 129 for the afternoon. Previously, this 16 run was done by BTC and it deadheaded to do a 211 Seymour after arriving at 29th Ave Station. http://tcomm.bustrainferry.com/mobile/block/1506045

Jeffrey Ngai
BTC does the AM 134 Special after interlining with 214 and 210 (this thread seems more appropriate to post rather than the HTC one ) http://tcomm.bustrainferry.com/mobile/block/1504037

Then goes onto a 28 after. I'm pretty sure there's another too, that is around 7-ish that is a southbound trip that goes to North Van routes later, but I'll look. http://tcomm.bustrainferry.com/mobile/block/1503718
Express691
Found these late night 601s which comes off some 405s http://tcomm.bustrainferry.com/mobile/bus/16136 Funny thing is that theres no Sunday night 351 that is run by NFI products. Brando737
Every sheet there seems to be more and more 351's and 601's interlined with buses on local runs. Could be for the cameras on the late night trips or Orion's being sent to PTC and STC for added service on suburban runs.
