8674 and 8676 are trackable.

So the 8720 batch is being concurrently delivered with the 8620s. That's interesting cause they said the 8720s would arrive after the 8620s. There's more than 50 at Eglinton now.

I think the original production schedule was to have all 97 buses from the 8620 order built and delivered throughout 2017. Nova would have structured their production line in advance around that order and expected to deliver 97 buses evenly throughout the 8-9 months in 2017 according to the TTC's timeline - same way as the last two orders of 40 ft Novas were delivered.

The 245 (+40) bus order was only made in November 2016 after PTIF funding was made available, so that would have been pretty last minute and well after the St-Eustache production line would have been set, and the various components ordered to arrive at certain dates. As it was mentioned before, at least part (if not all) of the 8720 order is being manufactured in Plattsburgh, so the 8720 order can be produced without interrupting the production schedule that was already locked into place for the 8620 order.

It will be somewhat similar to how Ottawa's 2010-2011 D60LFR order was produced, where two factories and two separate production lines produced the same buses at the same time. 6404-6579 were produced by St Cloud, and 6580-6709 were produced Crookston, so at the start of delivery there were a bunch of early 6400s and a bunch of high 6500s running around together.

8745 must have been delivered this morning.  It was parked at Row A around 10:30 am and at noon it's now parked at Row K along other delivered buses.

8677, 8681, 8683, 8685 and 8723 arrived.
