Effective the timetable revision of September 14, 2024:

  • Community Transit no longer serves Northgate Station
  • No more 400-series routes in Downtown Seattle except for route 424
    • The 424 remains two trips/direction/day until LINK across Lake Washington opens for service
  • No more 800-series routes grandfathered in from the University District era
  • New 900-series network begins service September 16, six lines created from resources from former 400/800 series runs serving commuter destinations in Snohomish County such as Stanwood, Mukilteo, and Silver Firs

Something interesting occurring this service change that has not been announced to the public is that double deckers have a chance to appear on Merrill Creek routes now! The 2015 Enviros were transferred to Merrill Creek to operate on routes 117 and 909, the latter of which was also transferred from Transdev. Because of this, I'm willing to bet that the Transdev contract will be cancelled early, or not be renewed again at the very least.
