So 5 days ago (on 3/23/21) I was looking at the construction webcam at the Lynnwood Transit Center (accessible through the Lynnwood Link page on Sound Transit's website) and spotted a couple 2021 XD60s which appeared to have just been delivered, looks to be numbers 21803 and 21804

I'm not really sure what you mean, there's no information in the notes section on the 2021 XD60 page. On the main Community Transit page it does say that the first one, 21800, entered service on 2/15

Yes I use Pantograph all the time, it's a pretty useful tool. That's how I knew that up to 21809 is in service, as on 21810 and above they're still reported as never being active.

Fall service changes are coming up on October 2nd... The biggest changes will be the reroute of all 800-series commuter routes to Northgate instead of UW, as well as ST 511, 512, and 513. Also, route 855 will be eliminated, with the trips instead being added to route 821.

More specific information can be found on the Community Transit website: https://www.communitytransit.org/newservice

Also, I heard that the 29ft Gillig BRTs will be returning to service with this change.

I was just checking a few license plates to see if they matched any buses in Community Transit's 2022 XD60s, and I found that VIN 5FYD8YU10NB104690 matches up with license plate D2959C. Both of these are only one off from 22807, however the wiki currently doesn't list any buses beyond that. It definitely seems like this should be a part of the same series, but it's not listed. Also, 22800 has never entered service, at least according to Pantograph, and I'm not sure why that is as all of the other buses in the series have been running for at least a month now.

According to Pantograph, the replacements to the DE60LFAs have been confirmed. Vehicles 23701 - 23715, 2023 New Flyer XDE(!)60s, will be gracing the corridors of Swift for years to come. Let's enjoy these old LFAs while we still can!

Pantograph is incorrect though, the 23700s are actually XD60s, at least the one that is in service now (23717) is.
