stm_5307N
Yesterday it was made official that Transdev Veolia had won the operating contract for the next 10 years for OMIT Saint-Julie which provides transportation service in the town of Saint-Julie. They beat out Groupe Gaudreault, Transbus, Keolis and La Quebecoise. In the PDF link below (In French), you can read the details of the new contract. One interesting part you'll see is a Yaxing Vacinity bus in full Saint-Julie livery in the PDF. That because Saint-Julie has ordered 8 Vacinity buses. These buses along with 10 Prevost coaches and 3 Novabus LFS buses will make up the new fleet for OMIT Saint-Julie with a total of 21 buses. All the other buses like the Orion V's will probably be transferred to another division or scrapped. It's not known at this time what exactly will happen to those buses. Everything can be read in the link below: http://www.ville.sai...13102115658.pdf Edited October 6, 2013 by SMS Sainte-Julie is feminine... I am wondering if that Yaxing in the photo is actually the ex-demo unit that was on lease to Transdev before?
busfan0947
Yes, it's the exact same bus that went to Veolia Transdev, Saguenay, Trois-Rivieres and Galland Mont-Tremblant before getting back to Veolia.

Everything can be read in the link below: http://www.ville.sai...13102115658.pdf Maybe they will end up on another unsuspecting CIT's network, perhaps the Chateauguay service to complement the fleet of ex-STM first gen LFSes.... har har

gmnewlook
Isn't it Transdev now? I thought they dropped the Veolia part. Cause even Blus's new bus, 8030234 has the new Transdev logo on it as does St-Jean 8029254
