Gsgeek540
I was told by the start of the June signup. Thats been the word around the work place as of late. The duedilligence done on the flyer cngs, from the time they actually started working on them, was about 2 weeks so itll be close. What runs they are on and if the runs for the flyer cng or diesel novas will be changed is unknown.

1604
Nice shots! Very neat looking bus - I like the redesigned rear grille.
Andru
Excellent pictures, thank you! Did you have a chance to get the VIN? I'm curious about the engine code on these units.
Vancouver
Great pictures Peter. That actually looks pretty nice. With the piece in between the tank and the front cap, the tank doesn't stand out as much as the demo unit they had back in February or May. No rear window compared to the other 2 demo units however, but I think it looks better without it, and Calgary probably wanted it this way similar to their other buses. Here are the other 2 CNG ones in the LFS thread for comparison: February http://www.cptdb.ca/...ndpost&p=591372 May http://www.cptdb.ca/...ndpost&p=599674 Is this Nova's first actual production CNG LFS? Because with only 2 demos floating around, there might be a lot of problems to slowly work themselves out on this bus since it is a brand new product for Nova. Nick B
I find it looking interesting how the windows are not openable, reflective of the Air Conditioning. I was expecting it to have the new 2013 headlight design (like Red Deer's LFS's) though. That design looks more attractive in my opinion. What is the exact day that the June signup starts? Andru
Is this their Nova's first actual production CNG LFS? Yes, the only other known units are the prototype and the demo you mentioned. I was expecting it to have the new 2013 headlight design (like Red Deer's LFS's) though. That design looks more attractive in my opinion. The dual headlights are actually available since 2006, the design is nothing new. I'm guessing that CT simply requested specs similar to those of their diesel units. 1604
These buses have Horizon front destination signs compared to the Titans on the Xcelsior demos. Some sort of fan on the bus revs up really fast and loud when the bus is first started. As well, they have an "automatic temp" button on the operator dash, which means, hopefully, the operator doesn't have to constantly be turning the heat or A/C on and off.
