They're usually only out on mornings these days.They are out in the morning for rush hour and school specials, and in the afternoon rush hour and school specials. Rumor has it that these are not passing the MTO inspections because of defects that have to be repaired first! (eg: Brake lines rubbing up against the tires!) How do these get thru "quality control" at New Flyer? How come no one at the Region has halted delivery of these, if they have such a major defect?
