TheTransitBusFan
As of Monday August 19th 2019 69103 has been put into service. It has been used on a limited status. Due to bus shortage it was rushed into service so that’s why it does not have a bike rack yet
SMS
I think that it is funny that they are using that logo at the front of the bus, when an older hybrid will have STS written in big letters in the same place. What's up with that?

What's up with that? I don’t know why they did that. But it looks better with just the logo in my opinion

Well they continue numbering the buses by the year of manufacture +50? I this case the 2020s would be numbered 701XX.
TheTransitBusFan
Yep the 2020 order should be the 70 series. Also 50105 might be lucky enough to be in active service with them as well.

According to the same website, it will also be the end of paper transfers and day passes. The STS are actually issuing three smart cards: La vermeilleuse, which is a personalised Multi card, with a monthly pass or electronic wallet; La pratico rechargeable, transferable and valid for up to ten rides; La pratico 24 h, a transferable cardboard day pass. The vermeilleuse PME and rechargeable pratico card offer electronic transfers for up to 90 minutes after being tapped. https://www.sts.qc.ca/123-La-vermeilleuse.html https://www.sts.qc.ca/265-La-pratico.html

Urban_96
I find it interesting that the STS has destination signs (similar to the ones at the back of the bus) INSIDE the buses (close to the front). I noticed that in YouTube videos. I think they have it there to ensure customers know the route the bus is on, but why can't they do it some other way? One option that may work would be using LCD screens similar to what the TTC, MTA/NYCT and NRT use on some buses to display not only the next stop, ads and other info, but also the route and destination of the bus. I mean, it seems like it could be costly.

That probably would be quite costly but it would make sense RTC Quebec Has the same concept with LCD Screens
