The new bus procurement report still says 62 of the 1700s will retire.

I guess the rest might get rebuilt after the 8100s unless plan changes.

WTF? 1700 series hybrid buses are still brand new and are too young to retire!

8121 was rebuilt in the new livery

Are the EPAs and the 2013-2016 NovaBuses getting new liveries?

The 1700s are part of the early hybrid retirements, also they are nowhere near brand new.

The 8300s and earlier Novas will eventually get the new livery when they get rebuilt.

I felt like those hybrids are in service just now. Just my opinion.

I don't know if you are here to troll or did you went in deep sleep for the last 9 years. That fact is the 1700s were delivered in early 2009 making them almost 9 years now. By the time they retire, they will be close to 10 years and is no where near new. The batteries have been replaced several times and it's time they shall go too.
