Chris.A
2009 Orion VII NG CNG #1707 is now retired. Farebox removed and stripped of reusable parts. I'm not too surprised with this one though as this bus had a small engine fire a few years ago back in 2015.

Chris.A
#1705 is still active well. Also, I wonder if the electric buses will come in the blue scheme or in another new scheme? Perhaps Green?

Chris.A
2021 XN40 #1998 is officially in service with the new New York state plates. Was spotted on the n24 the other day. Not sure if #1997 or #1999 entered service yet. Also, seems that buses #1980-1999 are currently the only buses in the fleet with the new plates as to my knowledge, none of the older XN40s/XN60s or any of the Orion 7 buses have them yet. Surprised that the few remaining 2004 Orion V CNGs at RVC depot have not yet been set to Cedar Creek. There are also a few OOS NGs parked there too. No, they didn't, but it appears that before it retired, they gave that bus a different taillight set from another NG bus.

Chris.A
2009 NG CNG #1702 is now a NCFD training bus (in scrap condition). Also the 2021 Gillig Advantage BRT CNGs that are assigned to MF depot are actually #2000 and #2003. Bus #2001 is on the way and should be at NICE by tonight or tomorrow. Apparently, NICE is training B/Os with them and the full delivery is about to commence in the next week or so, with the first buses entering revenue service by mid-July. Get your rides on the 2009 Orion VII NG CNGs, cause they won't be around for much longer and will probably be retired by year's end latest.
