Hi,

I just received PCC from Toronto Police. This is the same form we filled on interview day. A word CLEAR is written on top. Is it actual letter we all are expecting on this stage.?

Yes email it to your HR specialist.

Thanks,

One more thing. My medicals are still on HOLD due to sleep test. It will take couple of weeks to clear. Is it possible that they can complete my documentation in meanwhile.?

No unfortunately. I am in same boat.

brother! you have to go for sleep test too?

I was already diagnosed with sleep apnea and have been using a CPAP machine for 6 years. I was very forthcoming with this information and still was required to get a note from sleep specialist along with print off of CPAP data. It took me one month just to get in to see the doctor. Sent my note and documents in 10 days ago and not a word. So it's just a long process where you get great at waiting.

Keep in mind there are different kinds of sleep apnea, and yet they seem to only focus on the soft palette when they do testing and turbinate hypertrophy gets overlooked. So if the testing seems to go sideways, have them broaden their scope to include the other apneas.

So, guys it means if i will be detected with sleep apnea. It gonna increase my waiting time. Is they any chances they can refuse you with such thing.?

Hey folks.

Interviewed on May 31, admittedly feel like I bombed it. Asked my references if they had heard anything and noone has received a call.

Tomorrow will be 3 weeks since the interview. Am I right in assuming I didn't make the cut?

Will they let me know either way?

Questions of the people applying

Rumors are flying at my division that ttc is speeding up hiring process meaning

when you get called in for the information session at the hotel, the interview also takes place the same day.

Can someone chime in if the process has changed ?

Thanks in advance

The rumors are true. If successful at the session testing, the applicant will be called in to another room for an on spot interview. They will get a conditional offer and medical date right there and then.

I'm pretty sure they did this for a few info sessions only and have reverted back to normal hiring process. A person above mentioned he was scheduled for an interview on Tuesday.
