Hi all,

Any idea on what they usually ask on reference calls.Im in Canada for 1 yr...and was working initially for a company only 3  months as part time but got calls only 5 -6 times. There was no particular reporting manager.it used to be different each time.

I had my interview on July 24, all my three references were contacted after two weeks but haven't heard anything yet. Is it possible that your references have been contacted and no job offer at all?

I had my interview the same day and haven't heard anything either. I don't believe my references have been called, but had a great letter from my current supervisor.

I do believe my recruiter said we would hear back either way.

Hi All,

I wanted to thank all who have contributed to this post, has made it a lot easier. To anyone browsing the forum and wondering if 380+ pages is useless, it is definitely worth reading through this whole thread. The information provided is a valuable resource. I appreciate all the information in this thread as it has definitely gotten me through what to expect during my assessment & interview.

I was a part of the June 20th information session, had my interview done mid August and received my conditional offer.

Hey ghost,

so what did u apply for? Any idea about Seasonal Maintenance positions?

I had my interview for Maintenance job back in June, it was successful but no job offer yet.

I applied for an operator position. Did you get an email confirming a successful interview?

Most people were told 4-6 weeks at the end of the interview.
