Seems like a 15% increase in peak service starting today.

 

Does this translate to an increase from 19 trains/hour at peak (3:09 headway) to 22/hour (2:44 headway)?

Looks like it, assuming 1 spare

And unlike E/M changes (announce and apply increase all at the beginning of the sheet), I also assume it's a gradual increase for every train entering service.

I'm inclined to assume that there will just be more spares until a further announcement is made, similar to what happened when the 2018 Mk 3s started coming in.
