With every new sheet, the rumours are that PTC is getting a bunch of DDs and the 555 is going back there.  Driver's are a terrible source of "information", they're right about rumours as often as they are on time.

I'm sure that some DDs and the 555 may eventually get back to PTC, but it won't happen until it happens.

If PoCo get 555 back with the DDs, I think most likely there will be the 2nd route with the DD as possible, I hope that would be 701~~

However, they still have to test the underpass on Golden Ears Bridge (Hammond & Maple Meadows Way roundabout)

Small change regarding deckers according to internal source: the 301 has been moved above the 351 in terms of priority, except from two 351 runs.

That means: Nova Suburbans and Orions will be less common on the 301.

The 301 was fourth in ridership in the Richmond area last fall, and had 30,000 more boardings than the 351.

This move reaffirms Kwantlen University as a significant ridership base; the mid-day runs require maximum capacity for classes starting at 1pm at both Surrey and Richmond campuses.

From SkyTrain:

The lineups at all Surrey stations were atrocious this morning.

King George alone they had to close down an entrance to deal with the huge line up extending to the bus stop

There was apparently an artic on the 245 this morning.

this week - yes

81/802 (4 rounds of 245)
Oct. 13: 8123
Oct. 14: 19040
Oct. 17: 18048
Oct. 18: 19022

adds to the overcrowding issues at the university first mentioned in September.

The 531 is on the next round of transit service consultation. The proposals is in Campbell Heights where they plan on sending it up 192 st to 36 ave. The current route continues south on 200 st and west on 32 ave before heading along 192 st.

Personally I would like to have it on 190 street so it hits more warehouses.

And at this rate they may need a second route providing more coverage. I guess industrial area is hard to come by these days

Effective October 24

323/393, 335 select M-F blocks have been split/reassigned, and have resulted in an extra 335 trip mornings from Guildford to Surrey Central. There may be additional trips on these routes but alerts just lists the current schedule and notifies of upcoming schedule changes.
