It looks like those 300 Crown Victorias the TPS had stored didn't last too long. It looks like the TPS has picked up some Ford Taurus' as well as Explorers, which were on the scene of this incident on the news just now. The Taurus' fleet number was 6012 (Traffic Services I assuming since it's a 60XX). A quick search on google and I found this photos off Twitter. It's going to be odd seeing these running around, I'm so use to seeing just Crown Victorias.

TPS is testing small batch of them as the Crown Vics will not last forever. Yes 60XX is traffic services

Well that testing period seems to have been successful. I've seen quite a few Taurus' and Explorers running around in the past few months from divisions all across the city. 43 Division has at least 5-6 Taurus' from what I've seen as well as 2 Explorers. The Explorers are being used as supervisor vehicles.

It looks nice in the TPS paint scheme.

I noticed that Toronto paramedic services has tendered for bids new for new ambulances.  Are they looking at moving away from Crestline. Toronto has used Crestline for years

They just put out bids to their specs. Who ever gets the lowest compliant bid will get it.

Noticed on the CAD yesterday at an MVA call "MP212" was listed, anyone know what Unit this is? My guesses were a designation similar to CP212 or a new unit, maybe a Mini Pump? Could be one of the Pan Am Units.

Funeral ?

Peace Officers Memorial Service and Parade, Toronto as well as many other Canadian officers were in attendance presenting their colors\

Since 1962, every week that May 15 falls on was proclaimed to be National Police Week to honor the fallen and disabled peace officers who have paid a huge to ultimate price in protecting their communities. Since I have been attending the parade almost every year since 2004, Canada has sent many representatives to Cleveland, I am sure they have also gone to many other cities across the USA as well.

For Cleveland, they usually just bring in a few bus loads of officers, every once in a while Toronto will send a few motorcycles.
