Krapf's Transit/Rover Transit Van Hool A300L on Route A to Coatesville was involved in a tragic accident after it was rear ended by the car.

http://www.nbcphilad...-210052991.html

Reports said that both vehicles were traveling east on Business Route 30 (Local) towards Coatesville Direction. The accident occur in Caln Township.

Driver of the car did not survived this accident; her front of the car was completely smashed from the look of the picture in NBC 10's Skyforce 10. The bus only suffered little to no damage from the look of it.

Info about this bus, which is a Van Hool A300L Transit Bus has yet to be confirmed. It's probably #2915, a 2010 model since it's been commonly seen with AD Wraps recently. Currently there are two Van Hool A300L branded for Rover Transit/Route A service: 2010 Van Hool #2915 and 2012 Van Hool A300L #1210. More info will be posted when available.

Krapf's has recently released its updated schedule for Route A service since 9/3/2013. In its cover, my picture was featured in it which is wonderful (they did some photoshop and other edits include cropping it and add text to destination sign.

Both Krapf's Transit/Rover Transit Van Hool A300L has Full Ad Wrap on them: #1212 has Blue Cross Wrap and #2915 has Kia Wrap. Also #2915 was seen on the road today. This bus did return to service sometime after the June 2013 accident when it was rear ended by another car. Damage was not severe, and the bus was repaired and back on the road.

Blue Bird All American RE Activity Bus on Route A

The Blue Bird was filing in for the Gillig and/or Van Hool today. Occasionally, Krapf would use any of the shuttle, cutaways, and/other variety of buses it has in its diversified fleet (school, charter, and transit/shuttle). Van Hools and Gilligs are frequently use thus few or all of them are possibly rested over the weekend and/or getting serviced to keep them running in good condition.
