Buses for sale

It seems that there are two schools of thought when it comes to the phrase "lady driven" in vehicle advertising. It's more often used for depiction rather than in the literal sense that the car was actually only driven by a female.

1. Some think it's a good thing as in a lady driven car is one that has been pampered and that ladies often are gentler when it comes to their driving habits and won't abuse the car mechanically by burning out, high revs, hard corning, etc.

2. Others think it's used in almost a derogatory or pejorative manner where the vehicle will have lots of dings, dents, scratches, etc. as well as being mechanically neglected. Therefore, many sellers will use the term to lower a prospective buyer's expectations implying that it's being sold for such a low price so one won't expect a perfect vehicle when coming to see it.

Who knows what it means in the case of this bus? I'd assume the latter?
